Thanks for your note... we had an absolutely marvelous vacation! The Ciao Chase was a wonderful bonding experience. I would highly recommend it as a great family activity! Our cooking class in Provence with Gina was a big success as well. We will most definitely keep you in mind for our future travel as well as recommendations to friends!

We could not be more pleased with everything Nichole did for us. She helped us plan, over several months, a month long stay in France, Brugge and Amsterdam. She made sure that she understood our tastes and pocketbook before she made the first reservation. She provided us with itinerary, accomidations, restaurants, guides, and many tips for travel. We were travelling with another couple who rented a house on their own in France that turned into a disaster. We contacted Nichole on a Saturday night and by Sunday we were drinking wine, all smiles, in our new lovely location. She goes beyond anyone's expectations. She is presently helping our neice with a holiday in Rome. Not only "would" we use her again... we will use her again.

Everything you set up for us was wonderful. Arnaud was exceptional; He toured us through the countryside, as my mother was unable to walk the gardens at Versailles. The dinner cruise was all you said and more. The food was terrific and service phenomenal. Christophe was also an excellent guide at the Louvre. I thank you for all of your assistance, you really helped make our trip more memorable (hard to believe as Paris in itself is unforgettable!)

Dear Ciao Bella,
I just wanted to let you know that we LOVED Christophe and our Normandy tour. He did a great job. He was informative without being boring, and very patient with our limited American understanding of European history. Everything went great - even the weather was awesome! We loved the meal sitting outside at the café at Omaha Beach. We were especially moved by the memorial cemetery and ending up the tour at Pont Du Hoc. The roomy bus/van worked out great as well. I know that it wasn't what was originally planned for us, but we definitely appreciated the upgrade when the original van became unavailable. All in all our day in Normandy was definitely one of the high points of our entire trip. Thanks so much for arranging it for us. We have already recommended you to many of our friends and relatives, and I'm hopeful some of them will call you next time they are in Europe. Thanks again for all your help and the excellent service.

"Your recommendations were "PERFECT". The people at the hotel you picked out were always helpful, and very nice. The room was great, and the location was also perfect. The pastry shop around the corner and the restaurants in that same area were great for food and wine and a short walk back to the room. We walked all over and as far as the Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon, D'Orsay, etc. We did very good for 4 days in Paris!
