Everything you set up for us was wonderful.  Arnaud was exceptional; He toured us through the countryside, as my mother was unable to walk the gardens at Versailles.  The dinner cruise was all you said and more.  The food was terrific and service phenomenal.  Christophe was also an excellent guide at the Louvre.  I thank you for all of your assistance, you really helped make our trip more memorable (hard to believe as Paris in itself is unforgettable!)

Dear Ciao Bella,
I just wanted to let you know that we LOVED Christophe and our Normandy tour.  He did a great job.  He was informative without being boring, and very patient with our limited American understanding of European history.  Everything went great - even the weather was awesome!  We loved the meal sitting outside at the café at Omaha Beach.  We were especially moved by the memorial cemetery and ending up the tour at Pont Du Hoc.  The roomy bus/van worked out great as well.  I know that it wasn’t what was originally planned for us, but we definitely appreciated the upgrade when the original van became unavailable.  All in all our day in Normandy was definitely one of the high points of our entire trip.  Thanks so much for arranging it for us.  We have already recommended you to many of our friends and relatives, and I’m hopeful some of them will call you next time they are in Europe.  Thanks again for all your help and the excellent service.
